Regardless of how old you are, there are lessons that can be learned every day.

In fact, I believe that in order to keep our minds healthy and working at their highest optimum levels, we SHOULD try to learn something new every day, as it keeps our neurons active and sharp.

Every morning, the first thing I do after opening my eyes is reach for my phone and open my Bible app and read the scripture of the day.

I like to start (and end, actually) my day with God…

Anyway, often, that first action leads me down a rabbit hole of the Biblical variety as I try to learn more about the scripture and the context in which it was used just to gain a little more insight on what I’m reading.

It may not always be fascinating stuff, but it is educational.

However, there are other lessons to be learned in everyday life…

With the internet at our fingertips, there’s practically nothing we can’t learn.

However, some of life’s greatest lessons happen right in front of our eyes, hidden in the trappings of normal human interactions.

Sometimes, just the simplest interaction between two people can be a life lesson…

Which is why I think the recent exchange between Senator Ted Cruz and a yet-to-be-named reporter may get ignored by most of the country—but if patriots and Conservatives were paying attention, we could learn a thing or two from the Lion of the Senate.

Ted Cruz Vs Liberal Reporter

The interaction was subtle…but if you’re a Conservative that believes in personal sovereignty and you enjoy pushing back against the Liberal agenda, then watch, listen, and learn.

WARNING! This video was taken from MSNBC – so please, if you’d like to avoid having your blood pressure raised, only watch the first 22 seconds:

Cruz starts the briefing by simply saying, “Good afternoon…”

But before he can say what he needs to say, a reporter rudely interrupts him by saying, “Would you mind putting a mask on for us?”

That really wasn’t a request. It was more like a demand by the pillow-soft Liberal in attendance—however, Cruz’s rebuke of this reporter was beautiful.

“Uh, yeah, when I’m talking to the TV camera, I’m not going to wear a mask… all of us have been immunized, so…”

The reporter then says, “It would make us feel better…” as if how a reporter FEELS is any of Cruz’s concern.

And see, that’s a BIG problem nowadays. Too many people are worried about their OWN feelings or the feelings of others. Feelings are emotions and emotions are fleeting. Take you “feelings” and stuff ‘em.

I thought that when it pertains to the pandemic, we’re supposed to go off the science, not our feelings, but maybe I’m wrong.

I guess the Left doesn’t really care too much about the science, and putting these hypocrites in their place is always a fun experience.

That seems to be Cruz’s mentality too, because he reminds the reporter that he doesn’t have to be there…

“Uh, you’re welcome to step away if you like… the whole point of a vaccine, CDC guidance, is what we’re following.”

The Take-Away Lesson Is: You Do You… I’ll Do Me

What Cruz just did was show America how to treat the overbearing Liberals and cowards that infect our country when they come at us with their agenda.

Reject their premise entirely.

You can even do so politely, as Ted just did—but reject it however you feel is necessary to get your point across.

I like Ted’s style, as it mirrors my own…

We get a lot more flies with honey than we do vinegar – and being nice yet firm about your stance will be accepted more than blowing a gasket and yelling at the top of your lungs.

Conservatives have to keep our cool…

Let the Left lose it and act like lunatics.

This is how we should treat this mask BS going forward…

Let them know that we don’t need to wear a mask – and if they so choose, they can wear theirs or move even further away.

In fact, the further away the better.

Leave me alone! Let me live my life as I see fit, as is my God-given right, and you can live yours however you wish.

That’s what’s GREAT about America…

So many different lives and so much room to live them in.

Editor’s Note:

Man… the Left just won’t quit with this pandemic BS, will it? They’re going to keep using it to try and control us, manipulating the public into buying into unconstitutional practices like we saw happening with the 2020 election. Now, they want us to get “immunized” with a “vaccine” to help us beat a virus with a 99.6% survival rate. Do you know what’s in these COVID vaccines? The truth is we don’t know much—but what we do know is FRIGHTENING. There are a few ingredients that could give a LOT of Americans a LOT of trouble if they take it. Find out whether or not YOU could be affected by these rogue compounds by watching this quick video… you’ll be SHOCKED by what you learn.
