Did California Congressman Adam Schiff have a bad stay at a Trump hotel at some point? Did his favorite contestant on “The Apprentice” get eliminated all those years ago? Because how else could one possibly explain the hatred that Shifty Schiff has for President Trump?

Schiff has spent the last four years investigating Trump, making up evidence and outright lying as he goes to try to oust Trump from power. For two years, he claimed he had super-secret information that would finally take Trump out for good with regards to the Russia hoax…and that failed miserably.

He then proceeded to lead the impeachment inquisition of President Trump…again, he failed. Then he announced that he would investigate Trump’s response to the coronavirus, though so far nothing has come of that.

But wait, he isn’t done. You’ve got to give the man some credit because he sure is persistent. He has now stated that he will launch another investigation into the Trump administration based on a new whistleblower complaint made against Trump’s national security officials.

Here we go again. Where have we heard this story before?

Fox News reported, “The House Intelligence Committee received a whistleblower complaint claiming Trump administration officials at the White House and the Department of Homeland Security suppressed intelligence reports related to Russian election interference, Democratic Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said Wednesday.

In a statement, Schiff said former Intelligence and Analysis Acting Under Secretary Brian Murphy filed the whistleblower reprisal complaint on Tuesday with the DHS Office of Inspector General.

‘We’ve received a whistleblower complaint alleging DHS suppressed intel reports on Russian election interference, altered intel to match false Trump claims and made false statements to Congress,” Schiff, D-Calif., tweeted Wednesday afternoon. “This puts our national security at risk.’

He added: ‘We will investigate.’”

I wonder if Schiff will bring this “whistleblower” in front of the public for a hearing this time around. Last time he tried this routine, he at first said that his committee would investigate the Ukraine Whistleblower, but then rescinded his intention when it was reported that he and his staff had been working with the “whistleblower” all along.

Why should we believe him now? Schiff is the man that cried wolf. And further evidence has just been uncovered by Washington Examiner’s Byron York in a new book that claims that Lt. Colonel Alex Vindman was essentially the whistleblower in the Ukraine hoax the entire time. That means he was likely the one working with Chairman Schiff to overthrow the President.

Molly Hemmingway wrote the following for the Federalist:

“Rather than being a witness who independently supported the claims of the whistleblower, the National Security Council’s Lt. Col Alex Vindman was the driving force behind the entire operation, according to the book’s interviews with key figures in the impeachment probe and other evidence. The whistleblower’s information came directly from Vindman, investigators determined.

‘Vindman was the person on the call who went to the whistleblower after the call, to give the whistleblower the information he needed to file his complaint,’ said Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y.

‘For all intents and purposes, Vindman is the whistleblower here, but he was able to get somebody else to do his dirty work for him,’ explained one senior congressional aide.”

Adam Schiff was never held to justice for clearly violating the rights of multiple people in Trump’s orbit during the impeachment inquisition. Chairman Schiff subpoenaed and obtain private call data from Rudy Giuliani, Devin Nunes, Jay Sekulow, Lev Parnas, John Solomon, and an official at the Office of Management and Budget. All this was done in an attempt to support the failing narrative of Trump’s quid pro quo with Ukraine.

The only problem for Schiff is that that was illegal.

Adam Schiff has no right to subpoena phone records from a telecommunication company. However, that is what he did.

Schiff subpoenaed phone records from AT&T, and the company complied even though they are not required to by law. In fact, they might be liable for violating the law as well. Phone records can only be turned over to the government with the consent of the person whose records are being sought, or in certain circumstances by federal or state law enforcement.

Last time I checked, Schiff works for Congress, not law enforcement. He needed to follow the proper procedure to obtain the call records, but he very clearly did not.

Kimberley Strassel wrote an excellent piece for the Wall Street Journal outlining Schiff’s illegal activity.

In the article, she wrote, “If we’ve never had a scandal like this before, it’s in part because it is legally dubious. Federal law bars phone carriers from handing over records without an individual’s agreement. The statute makes some exceptions, including for federal and state law enforcement agencies. But NOT for LAWMAKERS

Adam Schiff is the swampiest of the Washington swamp creatures. He represents everything that is wrong about government and is the poster child for why Americans distrust the government…and this latest investigation just proves that this swamp creature is up to his old tricks again.
