Senator Mitt Romney was back to doing what he does best: getting applause from the mainstream media for attacking President Trump. This time, the failed presidential candidate told CNBC that there is no evidence of voter fraud, despite overwhelming evidence that disproves his contention.
Romney told CNBC’s Sheppard Smith that “the biggest concern that I have is that people here genuinely believe that somehow this election was stolen, and there’s no evidence of that. The president was saying it was stolen even before election day happened! He said if he loses, it would be fraud. Well, no one knows that. I thought I was going to win too when I ran for president in 2012. I didn’t. I didn’t go out and say fraud. We have a process. We count the votes. That’s the way it is.”
No fraud, Mitt? Really?
In Georgia, suitcases full of ballots were hidden under a table at a vote counting center and were taken out from hiding by center officials only after most of the other vote-counters were told to go home.
In Pennsylvania, a truck trailer full of over 100,000 ballots was stolen.
In Michigan, a witness who was a contractor for Dominion voting machines testified to the Michigan legislature that she witnessed the same ballots being counted as many as 10 times at a vote counting location in downtown Detroit.
A forensic test of Dominion voting machines in a small county in Northern Michigan was conducted, and the results showed that Dominion voting machines were programmed to commit voter fraud.
The Amistad Project has been doing their own voter fraud investigation and they have unearthed some startling revelations.
The Amistad Project said:
- “Postal subcontractor Jesse Morgan on Oct. 21 moved 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where his trailer holding the ballots disappears.
- Postal subcontractor Nathan Pease is told by two separate postal workers on two separate occasions that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of Nov. 4 to backdate the ballots so that the ballots would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline.
- Computer expert Gregory Stenstrom of Pennsylvania witnessed a vendor of Dominion machines and local election officials download and update counting machines in violation of election system protocol and the comingling of machine jump drives in violation of election protocols and rendering audits impossible without direct forensic access to the machines.
- Postal workers in Traverse City, Michigan; Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; Erie, Pennsylvania; and Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, indicate widespread malfeasance in the Postal Service including backdating ballots, ordering that Trump mail be interdicted to be placed in the ‘Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail’ bin, and emphasizing that Biden mail be delivered on time.
Post Millennial reported that “A witness at the Michigan election integrity hearing alleged that all the military ballots she observed looked like ‘xerox copies’ of each other. The witness said that none of the ballots were from registered voters and all were for Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
This doesn’t even touch the surface of the number of claims of voter fraud. But Mitt Romney parrots the talking heads in the media by claiming otherwise.
Senator Romney has constantly attacked Trump over his handling of the coronavirus as well as his pardoning of Roger Stone and the recent resignation of Attorney General Bill Barr. The twice-failed presidential candidate just can’t help himself. He never misses a chance to give the media the sound bite they are looking for.
In the spring, Breitbart reported that “Tuesday on CSPAN, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) criticized the Trump administration’s initial response to the coronavirus pandemic compared to the rest of the world.
Romney said, ‘The first phase which is getting ready to respond, clearly we were not in a position of extraordinary strength. We didn’t have the testing as fast as we could have or should have, we did not have the personal protective equipment we would’ve hoped to have.’
He continued, ‘Then just in terms of crisis management, the willingness of the federal government to step in and to coordinate everything from PPE to testing to repair of our hospital systems and so forth, those things, none of those things really stood out as being great moments in American leadership. I think the world was a bit surprised by that.’”
Sadly, it appears that Mitt Romney and his friends in the media are going to get their way. On Monday, the Electoral College met and cast 306 votes for Joe Biden. Barring a miracle, Biden will be officially elected on January 6th when the electoral votes are brought to Congress.
And fraud or not, Romney will walk away feeling like he was right all along.
