I will say this again for anyone who might have missed it the other hundred times I’ve said it: The entire mask debate should be over.

By now, it’s an accepted fact that, unless you’re wearing a properly-fitted N95 mask, you’re not protecting yourself or anybody around you from COVID.

Cloth masks, in my opinion, simply don’t work—and that’s not what I “think” as a conservative. It simply comes down to the science.

There’s video from YouTube that I’ve posted several times that features a noted virologist demonstrating the effectiveness of the common kinds of masks without giving his opinion on the actual issue of mask mandates. I was going to share that once again, but YouTube has taken it down for “violating community guidelines.”

Of course, the issue wasn’t that he condemned mask-wearing, but rather that he didn’t speak out in favor of it.

Regardless, the video showed the science of it all, pointing out that the biggest the coronavirus cells are 80 microns in size, while the SMALLEST the holes in a cloth mask are 500 microns, meaning at least five virus cells can escape between every thread of a mask.

By that logic, a mask literally doesn’t do anything but change the trajectory of the aerosol-based virus, splattering it onto the next person rather than letting it fly onto them directly.

But even with that helpful video banned, it doesn’t take a virologist to tell us this. It’s common sense. We should understand the truth about the masks by now—and it’s clear that politicians have learned it already.

We’ve all seen the videos of politicians taking pictures in masks and then ripping them off the moment they think the camera isn’t watching.

Here’s one. Watch it now before it too gets taken down:

They know the masks do nothing, and their actions show that they know it…but it’s very rare to see one of these crooked people to admit to it.

On Wednesday, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib admitted that she only was wearing a mask at an event because a “Republican tracker” was following her.

When speaking outside after an event with Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge, a man who was not wearing a mask thought he was being scolded for being “the one unmasked guy.”

Tlaib assured the man, “Oh, no. Oh, not you!”

She laughed and then pulled down her and pointed to the camera fixed on her to say, “No, no, no—I’m just wearing it because I’ve got a Republican tracker here.”

Seriously…she just openly admitted that the ONLY reason that she was wearing a mask was because someone from the opposing party was watching her.

She didn’t say she was wearing it because it worked, she said she was wearing it because she didn’t want to get caught without it and look like a hypocrite.

Too late, Rashida. Your words were all we needed.

If it weren’t enough to convince people, remember that Tlaib was also caught dancing maskless at a crowded indoor wedding in one of her home state’s most active COVID transmission areas.

There’s video of that too:

So, can we just say “enough is enough”?

Politicians ONLY put these masks on when they think the world is watching. When they’re not in the spotlight, they go about their business like the rest of us should.

It’s time Americans started to stand up and tell these elitists that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

It’s hard to follow the requests of a hypocrite.

This won’t change a thing, though. People will write it off as nothing…

But for those of us paying attention, we know differently.
