It all comes down to numbers and the numbers don’t lie. America just proved that it’s afraid that a Biden presidency would be disastrous.

The beauty about numbers is…

They really don’t lie.

People lie…

Polls lie…

But numbers are numbers and there is something comforting to know that no matter what happens – there is always something out there that is true and right.

It’s funny…

Some intellectuals call mathematics “the handwriting of God” because of the fact that it’s absolute and we can use these numbers to determine almost anything.

Well…

The numbers just revealed a truth to the world – numbers that are quantifiable and hard to contest, numbers that speak volumes about what America thinks about a Biden presidency.

Before we talk about that number, I want us to think back to 2016 – when immediately after Trump was elected and what happened in the markets.

The “Trump Bump” Was REAL

If you remember, the indexes experienced a jump in value, almost across the board.

It was labeled “The Trump Bump” and it happened because businesses were ecstatic to get a businessman in the White House to unleash the power of earning by deregulation and letting people get back to making money.

The left kept saying there would be an adjustment, that the markets would come down at some point afterwards as the bump was just excitement and would die down after a while…

Except it never did.

In fact, other than a few market pullbacks, we witnessed record highs for MUCH of Trump’s presidency – something the left wanted to attribute to Obama but most economists agreed belonged to the Donald.

Well, as of the moment, the mainstream media is calling the election for Biden…

And so, the vast majority of the country believes it to be true and are preparing for a Biden administration come January 20th – and that’s where those pesky numbers come in.

You see, consumer sentiment – a factor that predicts whether our economy is doing well or poorly – unexpectedly dropped in early November as Americans endured a horrid presidential election debacle and surging COVID rates.

Numbers Don’t Lie – Americas Are SCARED Of A Biden Presidency

The Index of Consumer Sentiment fell from 81.8 to 77 – which has caused many economists to scratch their heads – as they had forecast an improvement in the index – moving up to at least 82.

The gauge of current economic conditions ticked down to 85.8 from 85.9 while the measure of expectations dropped nearly 8 points from 79.2 to 71.3.

Richard Curtin chief economist that conducted the survey said, “The outcome of the presidential election as well as the resurgence in COVID infections and deaths were responsible for the early November decline.”

What that means is…

Americans are afraid that if Biden is declared President, he is going to shut down the country again – a fear that is well founded as he hasn’t really been clear where he stands in this matter.

So…

Americans aren’t excited about a Biden presidency – and who can blame them? Especially when you look back and compare it to Trump’s victory numbers…

After he won the 2016 election, the index jumped 4.4 points to 91.6 in the mid-November reading, more than a full point above the consensus forecast.

The final November reading was even better, hitting 93.8 – which is huge.

Of course COVID has taken its toll on these numbers and reflect why things are lower now than they were back then…

But the specter of a Biden presidency has saw them dip even further…

And if that’s not proof that Trump was GREAT for America – then you’re probably a liberal or leftist and you’ll never be convinced.
