How many times have you heard that word since January 6th?

I’ve heard it so many times I can’t even count—and it’s pretty much exclusively been used by Leftists and the Left-leaning mainstream media.

It’s their new rallying cry, and they pair it with words like “treasonous,” “traitors,” and “unconstitutional.”

However, despite how often they’ve been talking about insurrection, it doesn’t seem like any of them have actually looked up the meaning of the word.

The legal definition of the word is “a rising or rebellion of citizens against their government, usually manifested by acts of violence.”

What happened on January 6th, 2021 was none of these things…

It was a riot—and barely a riot at that, seeing as those involved picked up trash and stayed within the velvet ropes for most of it.

Sure, a few got unruly…

But for the most part, those that were involved were the most well-behaved rioters we’ve ever seen.

As far as acts of violence are concerned, assaults were committed and property was damaged and destroyed…

But if those that attended Trump’s rally and then made their way down to the Capitol Building really wanted to take over the government…don’t you think they would have come armed and ready to do so?

What Does It Take To Overthrow A Government?

One would think that, if you were going to try and take over the most powerful government that’s ever existed, you would want to bring a few firearms with you—not just sticks and brass knuckles.

If that’s what you thought, you’d be right.

If a mob wanted to take over ANY government, they’d HAVE to have guns on their side, if not an actual army…

And so ends the debate as to whether the people who entered the Capitol building were committing an insurrection or not.

In case you were wondering, this isn’t just an opinion. The FBI agrees with me.

In a testimony given by Jan Sanborn, the assistant director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, guns were not a part of the equation on January 6th—much to the chagrin of Liberals everywhere.

During a joint oversight hearing about the Capitol riot, Sanborn revealed that no firearms were recovered on the Capitol grounds during the riot nor were any shots fired by the demonstrators.

“To my knowledge, we have not recovered any [firearms] on that day from any of the arrests at the scene at this point,” said Sanborn. “No one has been charged with a firearms violation.”

Isn’t that interesting?

And The Truth Shall Set You FREE

And that’s exactly what we’ve been saying over the past two months since the riots occurred.

During testimony, Sanborn responded to questions from Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, who asked whether firearms were present or used during the siege.

“How many shots were fired that we know of?” Johnson asked.

“The only shots fired were the ones that resulted in the death of the one lady,” Sanborn said, referring to Ashli Babbitt, the protester who was shot and killed by a Capitol Police officer during heightened tension inside the building.

Does that sound like insurrection?

Or does it sound like a bunch of people who were fed up with the plate of crap they were being fed by the mainstream media and decided to take their grievances up with those they consider responsible for the mess they found their country in?

If I were a betting man, I’d put my money on the second scenario—that’s the one that isn’t spin by a political party trying to discredit the Right.

And you should too…

Always bet on the truth.
