As it turns out, most parents don’t want the Left’s progressive transgender propaganda pushed on their children who just want to watch fun, kid-friendly cartoons.

So they’re taking action by boycotting shows such as Nickelodeon’s Blue’s Clues which recently posted to YouTube a Pride-themed segment, hosted by famed drag queen Nina West, that attempted to normalize having “two daddies,” “two mommies,” and transgender family members.

As a result, ratings for popular kids show channel, Nickelodeon, are crashing, according to a report last week from Pirates and Princesses, a website devoted to Disney-related news.

The network’s YouTube videos were reportedly “downvoted to such a degree that they’ve now hidden the ratio,” the website reported.

But it gets worse for Nickelodeon as viewership is also taking a massive hit following their recent pushes to normalize the idea of having gay parents to kids.

“Since July of 2017, Nickelodeon’s viewership has dropped from 1.3 million average viewers per week to a June of 2021 average of only 372,000,” Pirates and Princesses added. “In only four years, Nickelodeon has dropped more than two thirds of its audience.”

The outlet noted that although the ratings seem bad on paper, they may not be an indicator that Nickelodeon is on the way out since cable viewership is already declining.

“That is catastrophically bad for the cable channel, but with cable on the way out, maybe it’s not so bad? The catch here is that it is, in fact, that bad and perhaps worse, simply because Nickelodeon seems to be the primary driving force behind new subscribers to Paramount+,” the website noted.

“There are signs that Viacom has not learned any lessons and is retrofitting these old shows with the same principles that have resulted in Nickelodeon’s huge loss in ratings,” the outlet continued.

“Even with a show about infants, much of the headlines have been about a retconned, now-lesbian character; whatever your thoughts on that issue, it’s hard to see how a children’s show about infants is best served in advertising when the news is all about sexuality,” Pirates and Princesses stated.

It’s troubling that Nickelodeon cares more about promoting the radical Left’s perverse agenda on young children, than doing what their consumers want or what’s best for ratings. But if there’s one thing we can take hope in it’s that if parents continue to boycott messages they disagree with, over time, the channel will be forced to change course – else they will not have a network left.
