The Biden Administration has been nothing short of disastrous for women’s rights, which our predecessors worked tirelessly to achieve. But one state has rejected the Democrats’ progressive agenda of allowing biological males into women’s sports.
Mississippi is leading the pack of many states to come on the radical Left piece of legislation.
Republican Governor Tate Reeves vowed on Thursday to sign the Mississippi Fairness Act after it passed in the House with an 81-28 vote.
Reeves said in a statement on Twitter, “I will sign our bill to protect young girls from being forced to compete with biological males for athletic opportunities.”
He continued, “It’s crazy we have to address it, but the Biden E.O. forced the issue. Adults? That’s on them. But the push for kids to adopt transgenderism is just wrong.”

Mississippi is fighting back against Biden’s Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.
The order Biden signed on day one of his presidency eviscerates women’s rights by allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports provide they identify as transgender. Also, under the order, men who identify as women are allowed into women’s restrooms and locker rooms.
Mississippi is one of nearly two dozen states that oppose Biden’s order and intend to pass restrictions on men’s ability to compete in women’s sports.
To rational Americans, it’s only fair that sports are separated by sex for obvious physiological reasons such as strength and stature.
It’s not controversial to admit that men are biologically stronger and typically larger than women. Men who think they’re women would have an unfair advantage when it comes to physical competition – especially contact sports.
Hopefully the rest of America follows Mississippi’s ban on allowing trans students into women’s sports.
