Can you believe we’re living in a time when we’re actually having to talk about the elimination of law enforcement in the United States?
But since the death of George Floyd, that seems to be a dominating part of the conversation in 21st Century America.
It’s the Liberal way, though…
They don’t think in a “progressive” way, as weird as that sounds. To Liberals, the answer is to always take things away instead of adding solutions. They’d just rather 86 the problem so they don’t have to deal with it.
For example, a part of AOC’s Green New Deal dealt with limiting hamburgers because too many cows add too much methane to the atmosphere and attribute to global climate change…
On the other hand, a conservative solution would look to ADD something that helps reduce carbon from the atmosphere.
That’s really the difference, isn’t it?
The difference between progressing our society and regressing it…
But that’s not how Liberals think.
Why Add When They Can Take Away
About a month into the demonstrations, somehow and somewhere along the way, protestors started leaning on the mantra “defund the police.”
Which, as per their political idea, led to something even MORE radical – “abolish the police.”
No, they didn’t want to add any training to ensure that instances of police brutality stop happening.
They didn’t want to provide additional resources to overworked cops to help them deal with what is one of the most stressful jobs on the planet…
They wanted to take money and resources AWAY from them, if not abolishing them altogether.
What’s worse, elected officials started to listen to this craziness, especially in the city where the whole thing started with George Floyd – Minneapolis.
It wasn’t too long into the protests when the shouts of “defund the police” were taken to heart by the city council, who decided to comply in the ultimate way. They voted unanimously to disband and abolish Minneapolis’ police force.
However, in an unseen twist of irony, those same city council members were forced to hire security after receiving threats for doing so, costing the city an extra $60,000 plus.
So, what are citizens to do now that the idiots in charge have decided to 86 their law enforcement?
Who are they supposed to call?
Well, the police gave them the answers – but it probably wasn’t something they wanted to hear…
Crime has soared in the city, and concerned citizens received an email from the MPD with tips on what to do when confronted with a criminal or criminal activity.
What was on the list?
Basically, it was an email telling them that they should just roll over like a dog and do whatever the criminal is asking for in order to better preserve their life.
What To Do In Minneapolis When You’re Dead
Here’s what the list entailed…
- “Do not walk alone
- Be hyper-aware of your surroundings at all times – pay attention!
- Carry only items you need, and carry less cash
- Be prepared to give up your cell phone and purse/wallet
- Have keys already in your hand as you approach your car
- Despite all our efforts, robberies may still occur! Do not argue or fight with the criminal. Do as they say. Your safety is most important!
- Be a good witness. When you call 911, be prepared to answer many questions. How many suspects? Age, height, complexion, hair and eye color? Scars or tattoos? Weapon – what did it look like? What direction did they leave in? Vehicle description?”
This is what the police are telling scared and concerned citizens in Minneapolis…
Give them your wallet and do what they say because the police will no longer be close enough to protect you.
Talk about an idiotic policy…
The city government is actively putting their citizens in danger because they want to prove their wokeness.
This is unacceptable…
And it should be voiced by the residents of Minneapolis – because if they’re not careful, they’re going to allow the Dems to turn some American cities into the foreign s**thole countries that Trump once talked about.
The truth hurts…
But it’s the truth nonetheless.
“If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” – George Orwell
