Let’s be honest here about Mayor Pete Buttigieg…

He’s not going to win the nomination for president by the DNC. He won’t even come close.

However, that doesn’t mean he might not walk away with a consolation prize…

Odds are, Mayor Pete is making a VERY good case for becoming a prime Vice Presidential running mate.

Think about it…

He’s the perfect intersectional candidate: he’s gay, he’s a veteran, and he’s as Liberal as they come…

But he’s not so out-of-the-box that the regular, ordinary American won’t vote for him. If he were taller and more centrist, he’d actually be dangerous.

He’s not though…

He’s short and he’s pretty far Left – not Bernie or Bloomberg Left, but Left enough to make him close to being an extremist.

How far Left?

Well, we’re talking about the man that, as mayor of South Bend, Indiana, marched against his own police force after the justified shooting of a black citizen.

Instead of standing by the men that kept his city safe…

He stood with the people protesting them – even though the shooting was ruled as justified.

His beliefs seem to echo most of those on the Left too…

He’s for looser immigration laws, healthcare for all, and he’s pretty anti-gun as well – which is strange coming from a former US soldier.

Mayor Pete Ain’t As Nice As He Seems

As bad as this is…

It gets worse from there.

Mayor Pete’s already facing an uphill battle to stay relevant, so the last thing he should be doing is alienating any potential voters…

But that’s exactly what he went and did.

See, if you voted for Trump or are a Trump supporter, in Mayor Pete’s eyes, you’re a racist.

A few months ago, while talking to voters at a town hall meeting in South Carolina, he dropped this nugget of wisdom, “Anyone who supported this President is at best looking the other way on racism—at best.”

What?

“…looking the other way on racism”?

I’d love for Mayor Pete to point out Trump’s racism. I’d pay him to do it.

We already know what he’s going to bring up…

“Trump thinks all Mexicans are criminals” or “he called white supremacists ‘fine people’” – both of which have been debunked MULTIPLE times in multiple ways. If these Leftists would listen to the whole speech instead of just a television sound bite, they’d have heard Trump saying there were also good people coming across the border, and they’d have seen him openly denounce white supremacy.

But they don’t want to hear it…

The truth goes against their narrative.

So they don’t apologize for their mistake or their orchestrated pushing of these false narratives…

They just double down.

Mayor Pete Doubles Down On Racist Trump Voters

Like Mayor Pete just did while on CNN’s “State of the Union” with Jake Tapper.

While sitting for the interview, Tapper asked the DNC candidate, “But Republicans have been seizing, including in a new Trump ad, on a statement you made saying quote ‘anyone who supported this president is at best looking the other way on racism.’ You’ve also said that on my show… that’s almost 63 million Americans who you’re painting with a pretty broad brush…do you regret saying that at all?”

Not hesitating at all…

Mayor Pete let his answer fly, “No. I’m very concerned about the racial division that this president has fostered and uh… I’m meeting a lot of voters who are no longer willing to look the other way on that… looking for a new political home.”

So…

Trump supporters – you hear what Mayor Pete thinks of you?

He thinks you’re racist, regardless of your ethnicity or color—because it’s obvious that Mayor Pete thinks that all Trump voters are white. So, if you’re a Black or Latino voter who happens to like Trump, you’re a racist too.

Can you believe this?

He’s trying so hard to win the nomination of his party that he’s willing to alienate a HUGE chunk of voters when the presidential election rolls around.

Way to cross the aisle on that one, Pete…

What a joke.
