Kim Jong Un is salivating at the prospect of a Joe Biden presidency and he is making no effort to hide it. The dictator of North Korea is rattling his saber like never before, threatening the US and revamping his nuclear and ballistic missile production.

A long series of American presidents have failed to prevent the Kim family from furthering their nuclear program. Then-President Bill Clinton paid Un’s father, Kim Jung Il, mountains of cash to stop their nuclear program, which Jung Il did for a short time…only to resume the program as soon as America’s back was turned.

The Bush and Obama administrations likewise talked tough on North Korea, but both failed to alleviate the North Korean threat, even when leadership passed to Kim Jong Un after his father’s death. When President Trump came to office, he threatened to unleash “fire and fury” the likes of which have never been seen before on North Korea if they attacked the United States.

Trump’s rhetoric helped nudge Un to the negotiating table with the president. They have had three historic summits, but there has still been no end to the North Korean nuclear program.

The New York Times reported, “North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un, vowed to advance his country’s nuclear capabilities, declaring that it will build land- and submarine-launched solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missiles, as well as making its nuclear missiles smaller, lighter, and more precise, the North’s state media reported on Saturday.”

Un then went on to say that “Our external political activities must focus on controlling and subjugating the United States, our archenemy and the biggest stumbling block to the development of our revolution. No matter who takes power in the United States, its true nature and its policy toward our country will never change.”

Iran and China are ecstatic at the prospects of a Joe Biden administration as well. Both nations know that they will walk all over him and get what they want. He is compromised by the Biden family business dealings with businesses tied to the Chinese Communist Party, which China will no doubt leverage to get concessions from his administration to benefit their regime.

With Iran, Biden is intent on returning to the pre-Trump, pro-appeasement policies of Barack Obama. That will put not only the United States, but the entire Middle East—especially Israel—at risk of ballistic missile attacks, and most horrifyingly, nuclear war.

It didn’t take long for the Iranians to celebrate Biden’s likely election. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani—who the Obama administration claimed was “moderate”—gleefully said that he has “no doubt that the heroic national resistance of Iran is going to compel the future US government to bow…and the sanctions will be broken.”

And Rouhani has good reason to believe this, because Joe Biden has publicly stated that he would do all of the above. Writing an op-ed for CNN in September, Biden—or one of his aides—wrote the following:

“If Iran returns to strict compliance with the nuclear deal, the United States would rejoin the agreement as a starting point for follow-on negotiations and lift the sanctions on Iran that Trump imposed.”

Joe Biden has been wrong on every major foreign policy issue for five decades. For the national security of the United States, he’d better get this one right.
