If Vice President Kamala Harris is already routinely taking calls from world leaders on Joe Biden’s behalf, then Biden’s decline may be far worse than we thought.

The National Pulse broke a story on Tuesday morning reporting on a transcript released on the whitehouse.gov website indicating that Harris spoke on behalf of the administration with President Emmanuel Macron of France.

During the unprecedented phone call between a VP and a world leader this early in a new administration, Harris discussed “strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and France and to revitalizing the transatlantic alliance,” the readout states.

Harris and Macron agreed to increase close cooperation between the U.S. and France “to address COVID-19, climate change, and support democracy at home and around the world.”

They also discussed challenges facing the world in the Middle East and Africa before Harris “thanked President Macron for his leadership on the issue of gender equality and for France’s contribution to NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover,” the transcript concluded.

There you have it.

The shocking development of Harris indeed taking phone calls with world leaders in place of President Biden comes just three weeks into the Biden Administration.

Apparently, this wasn’t the first time.

About two weeks ago, Harris also took a call with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to discuss coronavirus, climate change, and diversity, the Daily Mail reported.

While it appears that the Vice President has only taken two calls for Biden so far—at least according to White House transcripts—this could mark the beginning of a transition to a Kamala Harris presidency if Biden cannot cognitively make it through a full four years.

What’s most concerning about this is Biden can’t hold a conversation with a world leader, yet he has sole access to the nuclear football.

It would be better to have a cognitively functioning person as President of the United States than someone who can’t consistently form sentences, read a teleprompter, or even walk without a handler.

The U.S. is certainly experiencing a sad state of affairs with a VP taking calls for a president who is cognitively declining before our eyes in a White House that is surrounded by fencing and National Guard troops. Every day America becomes a little bit harder to recognize as the establishment regains control of the White House.
