As it turns out, being the son of Joe Biden is a very lucrative gig. Just ask Hunter Biden. The son of the former Vice President has been profiting off his famous father’s name for decades. Starting during the impeachment debacle, President Trump has repeatedly asked “where is Hunter?” and a lot of Americans have been wondering the exact same thing. Well, there’s a reason we haven’t heard much from Hunter Biden lately, as evidenced by a recent Senate report led by Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson.

The Daily Wire reported, “A bombshell report from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs (HSGAC) and the Committee on Finance makes a series of damning new allegations against Hunter Biden, the son of Democrat presidential nominee.”

Here are a few of the highlights—or rather lowlights—of the Senate committee’s findings:

  • Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.
  • Hunter Biden opened a bank account with Gongwen Dong to fund a $100,000 global spending spree with James Biden and Sara Biden.
  • Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow.
  • Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”

The media wants us to believe that the Trumps are corrupt, but don’t pay attention to the shady business deals of the Biden family. Anyone whose last name is Biden is apparently beyond reproach. Hunter Biden’s career arc follows that of his father. Hunter benefitted from his daddy’s political office and has been doing so for a very long time.

In 2001, Hunter became a paid consultant of a Delaware bank while his father served on the Senate Banking Committee. Joe Biden was a vocal supporter of legislation that would benefit the bank, MBNA, which employed Hunter.

From 2001 to 2008, Hunter Biden worked as a Washington lobbyist. In 2013, while traveling to China on official business with Vice President Biden, Hunter introduced his father to a Chinese investor with whom he had recently concluded a business deal.

Then, in 2014, hunter landed the job with Burisma after Vice President Biden became the Obama administration’s lead representative to Ukraine following the 2014 Russian invasion of Crimea.

Joe Biden’s brother James also has a sketchy track record and went into business with Hunter on multiple occasions.

Politico reported, “In the 1970s, as Joe was entering the Senate and taking a seat on the Banking Committee, James obtained unusually generous loans from lenders who later faced federal regulatory issues. Joe Biden was in touch with two of those banks about his brother’s loans, once to scold a bank executive about invoking his name in attempts to collect on overdue payments…

In the 1990s, a group of Mississippi trial lawyers enlisted James to further its interests in Washington as it sought congressional support for a tobacco mega-settlement. A decade later, those Mississippi contacts supported Joe’s presidential bid — hosting a fundraiser…

During the Obama years, several months after James joined a construction firm as an executive, the firm received a contract worth more than a billion dollars to build houses in Iraq while Joe oversaw the US-led occupation of that country.”

It pays to be related to Joe Biden. More importantly, it strains credulity to believe that Biden had no idea that his son and other family members were profiting off his name. If Sleepy Joe didn’t know this was happening in his family, then he is even more incompetent than anyone thought…but odds are good that this was more than just ignorance.

And yet this man could still be the next president of the United States…
