“It’s Trump’s fault! Everything is Trump’s fault!”
That has become the rallying cry of the political Left in this country. In their eyes, Donald Trump is the root of all evil. It’s a tired refrain that is getting old real quick. So far, there is no known cure for Trump Derangement Syndrome. Maybe they should try hydroxychloroquine…oh, wait, I forgot that Trump is also causing people to die by touting the drug as a potential cure for anything, coronavirus included. The guy can’t win.
Now, apparently, Trump is a threat not just to America, not just to democracy, but to all life on earth. That claim came courtesy of Senator Elizabeth Warren. “Fauxcahontas” reemerged to campaign for Joe Biden in Minnesota and dropped the following doozy of a quote:
“What has Donald Trump done for four years?” she asked Sunday. “He not only hasn’t made things better; he has actively made them worse. He withdraws from the Paris Climate Accord; he’s put a coal lobbyist in charge of the Environmental Protection Agency. What could possibly go wrong? He has opened up for offshore drilling, and he has said yes to the oil companies. They can drill in the Arctic National Wildlife Preserve. Donald Trump threatens the existence of human life, of all life, on this planet. And on November 3 we will hold Donald Trump accountable!”
Trump has broken her brain. What a crazy statement. That shouldn’t be surprising coming from Elizabeth Warren, though.
When things go bad, the Democrats’ default position is to blame President Trump. He is a convenient punching bag for them.
Despite months of silence and an entire convention that failed to condemn the Left-wing mob, the Democrats are shifting the blame to—you guessed it—President Donald J. Trump.
Of course, all the ills on the planet are the fault of the Big Bad Orange Man. This is such a repetitive and lazy argument, but that doesn’t stop the Democrats from blaming Trump.
In a speech in Pittsburgh this summer, Joe Biden likewise took aim at Trump, saying, “does anyone believe there will be less violence in America if Donald Trump is reelected? We need justice in America. And we need safety in America. We are facing multiple crises – crises that, under Donald Trump, keep multiplying.
He may believe mouthing the words law and order makes him strong, but his failure to call on his own supporters to stop acting as an armed militia in this country shows you how weak he is.”
That is called a red herring. Biden is blaming Trump supporters for the violence, which is absurd. A few Trump supporters show up during the BLM and ANTIFA horror show, and it’s the fault of Trump supporters? It’s too late, Joe. You had your chance to show true leadership, but you were too sleepy to realize the right thing to do.
South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg joined on the bash Trump train as well when he said, “The simple reality is that we are seeing more and more chaos and violence under the Trump presidency, and there’s no reason to expect that it would get any different or better if he were reelected. This is very much characteristic of living in Donald Trump’s America, and I think we’re going to see more and more of it as long as he’s in charge.”
Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer even blamed Trump for the kidnapping plot against her.
NBC 25 in Michigan reported that “Whitmer also citing how President Donald Trump has refused to condemn white supremacists – like the groups that allegedly plotted against the governor and Michigan government. Whitmer said the hate groups and militias heard the President’s words as a rallying cry.”
The Dems election strategy is to blame Trump for every evil under the sun. Let’s hope their strategy fails. If they win, who are they going to blame for their screwups? They wouldn’t be able to blame Trump anymore.
