It is that time of the week where I unleash the Kraken on the stupidity that is the year 2021.
Everything is stupid now, and I consistently prove it through this weekly column.
Don’t play the violin for me, but it’s a difficult job trying to pick through the dumpster of stupid things people say every week.
But, hey, somebody has to do it.
The dumbest thing I heard this week comes to us from the Good Doctor himself, Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Oh, and it is a real whopper of a joke. Hold onto your whoopie cushions as I am about to tell you that Dr. Fauci wrote a book on “truth” and “leadership” during the pandemic.
I told you it was a good one. You can’t say I didn’t warn you. In slapstick comedy, this would be the point where the comedian would do the old-fashioned spit take.
Fauci should co-write a book on pandemic leadership with the nursing home killer himself, Andrew Cuomo.
As you may recall, Fredo Cuomo’s older brother wrote a book in which he touted his impeccable leadership during the pandemic. Of course, that’s only true if we consider “doing an awful job and sending old people to their graves” as impeccable leadership.
The gall of people like Fauci and Cuomo. They lecture us about following their asinine rules, while not following those rules themselves.
And worst of all, they lie about important information.
Emails have been uncovered that prove that Fauci knew that masks don’t work, that the virus appeared to be genetically engineered, and that he knew about the lab in Wuhan. And that is just a short list of his treachery.
If Fauci can write a book about truth and leadership, then Colin Kaepernick should write a book about patriotism.
OJ Simpson should write a book about being innocent (which he actually did, come to think of it.)
Joe Biden should write a book on how to properly read a teleprompter.
And heck, why we are at it, Lebron James should write a book on how to stand up to China.
And that is the dumbest thing I heard this week.
