Biden’s activist Department of Justice is carrying out the administration’s progressive bidding in their decision to declare that vaccine mandates are legal, despite the fact that they clearly violate our constitutional right to privacy.

But Americans’ rights are of no concern to the DOJ these days.

The administration seems completely hell-bent on getting every single American vaccinated—even if roughly 50 percent of the country simply doesn’t want the experimental COVID-19 vaccine.

The DOJ on Tuesday published an opinion stating that federal law does not prohibit public agencies and private businesses from requiring COVID-19 vaccines that only have “emergency use authorization” and are not FDA approved, Fox News reported.

“As access to the COVID-19 vaccines has become widespread, numerous educational institutions, employers, and other entities across the United States have announced that they will require individuals to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, enrollment, participation, or some other benefit, service, relationship, or access,” the opinion reads.

“For instance, certain schools will require vaccination in order for students to attend class in person, and certain employers will require vaccination as a condition of employment,” the ruling continued.

The DOJ openly said the vaccines’ status as emergency use authorization (EUA) “does not prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccine requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those authorized under EUAs.”

The ruling came just one day after the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, state of California, and state of New York announced that the vaccine would be mandated for a portion of their employees.

Just like Obamacare’s individual mandate was questioned and taken to the Supreme Court because of the question of whether a mandatory payment was legal, the same should be done for vaccine mandates. Unlike the former, vaccine mandates cannot be deemed a “tax” like the mandatory payment for Obama’s healthcare plan was.

It is a violation of human rights and our constitutional right to privacy to be forced to take any vaccine because of a mandate from an employer or business, let alone an experimental vaccine with unknown long-term side effects.

In no way is the DOJ’s ruling “fair” or “just” as it simply emboldens those seeking power over people by mandating they get the COVID-19 vaccine.
