Man, life is tough for an elected socialist these days, isn’t it?

Famed bartender-turned-Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez may be on the outs of the DC bourgeoisie, because she has been snubbed TWICE by the establishment—and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why.

The snubbing started with the Democrats golden boy Barack Obama when, a few weeks back, he released his list of Democrat candidates that he was endorsing in the upcoming election season.

There were many people on that list that were first-time candidates, as well as a few established names. However, the one name that was conveniently left off that list was AOC’s.

That’s right…

Barack Obama basically shunned one of the most visible and high-profile Democrats, likely because she has become just too controversial and too opinionated for her own party.

She’s come out MANY times against people in her own party because their views on certain issues weren’t extreme enough for her liking …

Last year, when her Courage to Change PAC was handing out cash to different Dems, the fact that two of the candidates she was backing were challenging incumbents rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.

They felt like the upstart was targeting her own people, and in doing so, she made a lot of enemies in her party.

But, last year, she didn’t seem to care, saying, “It’s time to elect a progressive majority in Congress accountable to strong, grassroots movements that push support for issues like Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, racial justice, & more.”

It shows she didn’t have any foresight when it came to 2020…

And it’s obvious that she thought she’d be in office for a long time when she told the NYT “My ambition right now is to be a little less lonely in Congress.”

When You Make Enemies On BOTH Sides Of The Line

She was on the outs for other reasons as well. She REFUSED to pay dues to her caucus’ fundraising arm, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and she showed that she was already determined to defeat established members of her own party…

So, the Obama snub isn’t so far-fetched, given that she may have taken aim at one of his cronies.

Maybe she handled that with grace because she didn’t say a word about that…

However, it seems the most recent snub by the DNC got under her skin, and she took to Twitter to voice her frustration.

The Dem establishment is willing to admit that AOC is visible enough to warrant the opportunity to say something at the upcoming Democratic Convention…

But the fact that they’re only giving her 60 seconds to do so is very telling.

So, AOC took to Twitter with a poem:

““I only have a minute.

Sixty seconds in it.

Forced upon me, I did not choose it,

But I know that I must use it.

Give account if I abuse it.

Suffer, if I lose it.

Only a tiny little minute,

But eternity is in it.”

Poor AOC.

Even more, Never-Trumper John Kasich is getting more time that she is—not that that’s good or bad—but the fact remains that a Republican (of sorts) is getting more talking time then one of the most high-profile Democrats.

It may be a sign that she be headed BACK to night life and slinging booze sooner rather than later…

Where she’ll be telling her patrons, “I was a Congresswoman once – it was the craziest two years of my life – but I pissed it all away.”

Can you hear the violin music playing?
