Coronavirus is quickly approaching global pandemic status, and people are justifiably concerned.

But in typical fashion, the Democrats are only concerned with turning it into an attack on Trump.

The Democrats are claiming that President Trump is responsible for cuts to public health and the understaffing of the CDC and NIH, both of which would hinder America’s ability to respond to the virus. Both claims are false.

They blame Trump for every ill in the country, and now he is somehow responsible for the global transmission of the Coronavirus. They are getting more ridiculous by the day. The Dems and the media claim that Trump and Pence—who Trump put in charge of the Coronavirus response effort—are anti-science.  Apparently, if you are skeptical of climate change and don’t support abortion, you are anti-science…or something.

If a vaccine was developed—through science—I am sure Trump won’t stop the production of the antidote. If he were anti-science, he would make sure the vaccine wasn’t produced. Sometimes I wonder if these people hear what they are saying. It boggles the mind to think that they could possibly believe that Trump flat-out rejects all science.

Don’t take my word for it. Read the Associated Press. The AP recently fact-checked the Democrats’ claims about Trump’s coronavirus response. The AP reported that funding for the Center for Disease Control had actually increased, not decreased.

Oh, don’t worry about those pesky details. It’s still all Trump’s fault.

What about the claim that Trump has taken an ax to the CDC’s top scientists? That is false. According to Dr. Anthony Fauci—former NIH infectious disease chief— the CDC’s top scientists have remained stable during the past three years. Dr. Fauci said, “the CDC’s response has been excellent, as it has been in the past.”

If President Trump personally cured cancer, the Dems wouldn’t give him credit. Trump Derangement Syndrome is nearly as bad as the Coronavirus. It has spread to Liberals throughout the country and there is so far no vaccine against their hatred of the president. They make up false allegations against him, they have impeached him, and now have deemed him responsible for the spread of the Coronavirus in the US.

The Dems are trying to get ahead of the likely spread of the disease in the country. They want to peg Trump’s supposed ineptness as the culprit. They are already blaming him for the massive stock market decline this week. There is no end to their Trump Derangement Syndrome in sight.

There is even a new term that has been coined to pin the blame on Trump. Gail Collins at the New York Times has suggested renaming the outbreak “Trump Virus.”

Collin’s penned a delusional op-ed in the Times that claimed that the spread of the virus is a result of Trump’s ineptness. She wrote, “Our president had to be going crazy over a problem that involves both declining stock prices and germs. This is the guy, after all, who thinks shaking hands is “barbaric,” who is followed around by aides bearing sanitizer. During his press conference, he told the story of a fever-ridden supporter who gave him a hug. Do you think it was an apocryphal fantasy? Either way, the idea has been haunting him forever.”

That might be the dumbest argument that has ever been made in the history of dumb arguments. “Trump uses hand sanitizer, therefore he will be unable to protect Americans against the Coronavirus.”

Give me a break.

It isn’t a logical argument, but then again, using logic isn’t exactly a Liberal trait. Hopefully, someone will find a vaccine to cure them of their Trump Derangement Syndrome.
