I make no bones about the fact that I’m a pretty big Dan Crenshaw supporter.

The man personifies most of the qualities I look for in a leader, and when it making Democrats look like idiots, there’re few better than the man we call Captain America.

Simply put, Dan is the man.

This former Navy SEAL was left injured after his time in the American Special Forces, but it’s a handicap that he doesn’t let hold him back. He’s been able to overcome his physical limitations and serve his country in a different capacity.

As a congressman, Crenshaw is as transparent as Trump was as president, taking it upon himself to inform his constituents of everything he does in videos that are both informative and entertaining.

He’s also been a pretty stalwart Conservative for the most part, though like any leader he has had some missteps along the way (most notably his support for Red Flag laws).

However, he’s been pretty on-target with the vast majority of what he supports and defends—especially as it pertains to voting integrity laws.

Hailing from Texas, one of the battlegrounds where the war for election integrity rages on, Crenshaw has strong opinions of what it means to keep America’s elections safe and free.

And he’s not shy about discussing the way he feels, either.

Dan Destroys Democrat Troll

Whenever a Democrat tries to talk about voting integrity bills being “racist,” Crenshaw pulls out his metaphorical vibranium shield and does what he does best: Protecting our country.

Recently, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries (who you may remember as the “defund/abolish the police” candidate that then asked for extra protection from police) tried to dunk on Republicans for their goal of restoring election integrity in states that saw many instances of fraud.

Jeffries tweeted out, “The Civil War ended in 1865 and the racists lost. Get over it.”

Yeah…

For some reason, Democrats seem to equate voting security laws to the Civil War, insisting that it’s somehow the Right fighting to reinstate slavery and Jim Crow via laws that ensure that out elections are defended from fraud and meddling.

It’s a weird “flex,” as the kids say, and it didn’t take Crenshaw too long to come up with the perfect rebuttal to Jeffries idiocy.

He destroyed Jeffries’ whole argument by tweeting out a five-word response, saying, “You’re right, the Democrats lost.”

Here’s the reminder for Jeffries that it’s his party that has always fought to oppress and dominate. It was, is, and always will be the Democrat Party that pushes racism and division, a point Crenshaw proved by attaching the Wiki pages of the leaders of the Confederacy and their DNC affiliation.

It was the Democrats of the South that lost the Civil War…a fact which established Dems seem to conveniently forget when the time is right.

When asked whether he agreed with Joe Biden’s statement that the greatest threat to American democracy is the GOP’s push for voter integrity laws, Jeffries predictably had this to say: “He’s not exaggerating at all. The Republican party has adopted voter suppression as an electoral strategy. Which is a shame because the modern history here in America post the enactment of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 has largely been — this was a settled question. The right to vote was a sacred thing, an important part of our democracy.”

Shoring up our election process—especially after all the hullabaloo over the past two elections—should be on the forefront of EVERY American lawmaker’s mind.

The fact that it’s not shows us an important lesson: the Left would rather have dodgy elections that they’ll win than straight elections that they’ll lose because power is so important to them.

That’s why we should be thankful that we have men like Dan “Captain America” Crenshaw and women like Lauren Boebert ready to defend our rights and the Constitution from the Leftists and their thirst for power.

Nothing beats idiocy like wisdom…

And Dan Crenshaw has that in spades.
