Is anybody else starting to think that Joe Biden doesn’t understand the importance of his job?

One of the main reasons why Trump has been so successful as president is his ability to find the right person for the right job and delegate accordingly.

It’s simple business management, which is why a lot of politicians (especially presidents) fail at it.

George W. was alright at it, but he came from the world of business, so he had a loose grasp on the best way to run his administration.

However, people like Clinton, Obama, and now Biden have had ZERO real-world managerial experience, and it’s reflected in their inability to get things done.

Sure, Trump may have been a public relations nightmare due to the Left’s misplaced hate for him, but you can’t deny his ability to get the job done. He basically kept almost EVERY campaign promise he ever made, and we dare you to find a politician who has even come close.

New Hires These Days Comes Down To Optics

Trump knew that, when you pick someone to do a job, they had better be the best (or at least close to it). If they can’t get the job done, they get the ole heave ho out the back door with barely a “good luck” before the door closes.

Trump learned this through is decades of experience in business—something that no career politician can really learn when they’re more worried about their image than actually being good at their job.

However, things can change.

What is important at any given time depends on the era you’re in.

In the past, the most important thing used to be whether you could be good at the job.

Nowadays, what’s important comes down to one word: optics.

Optics have become VERY important over the past 20 years. In the days of political correctness, WHO you hire is just as important as their ability to do a given job.

So, with that in mind, Joe is appointing people based entirely on optics with little to no thought to ability.

How do we know this?

Because he told us!

Months before he announced his partnership with Kamala Harris, Biden said that his VP candidate would “definitely” be a woman, “most likely” a woman of color. Why? Why should the VP candidate’s race and gender matter more than the job itself?

Why wasn’t Biden looking for the best possible candidate, regardless of their race of gender?

Simple: because of the optics…and he just did it again.

As he builds up the roster for his coming administration, Biden should have dug a little deeper on his latest hire. Kristen Clarke, his pick to run the DOJ’s powerful Civil Rights Division (and a black woman, not that it matters), seems to have a racist past herself—an ironic choice from the man who’s whole campaign was about “ending hate.”

Not A Good Look, Joe…

Back in 1994, when Clarke was the President of the Black Students Association at Harvard, she wrote an article in the school newspaper to explain her views on race science.

The open letter to school administration said the following: “Please use the following theories and observations to assist you in your search for truth regarding the genetic differences between Blacks and whites…”

Get ready, you’re about to go on ONE racist ride.

Clarke wrote, “One: Dr Richard King reveals that the core of the human brain is the ‘locus coeruleus,’ which is a structure that is Black, because it contains large amounts of neuro-melanin, which is essential for its operation.”


And it only gets better from there.

“Two: Black infants sit, crawl, and walk sooner than whites [sic].”


“Three: Carol Barnes notes that human mental processes are controlled by melanin—that same chemical which gives Blacks their superior physical and mental abilities.”


“Four: Some scientists have revealed that most whites [sic] are unable to produce melanin because their pineal glands are often calcified or non-functioning. Pineal calcification rates with Africans are five to 15 percent [sic], Asians 15 to 25 percent [sic] and Europeans 60 to 80 percent [sic]. This is the chemical basis for the cultural differences between blacks and whites [sic].”


“Five: Melanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical, and spiritual abilities—something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards.”


Bomb after racist bomb dropped by the woman that will now be the head of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.

Could she have changed her mind in the past almost 30 years? Sure…

But those kinds of beliefs stay with you.

Talk about bad optics…

Having a racist in the Justice Department is never a good look.

Biden is off to a roaring start—and he hasn’t even been sworn in yet.
