With more and more frequency, the Left is looking for ways to discredit and disparage those who support our President.

They call us a lot of names…

Trumpsters, Dumpsters, Drumphers…obviously, they’re not that creative – which is surprising, seeing as the Left is chock-full of artists and imaginative types.

They think it gets under our skin…but it doesn’t. We couldn’t care any less, even if they paid us.

However, if there were one name that gets CLOSE to breaking the skin, it would be when they call us members of “the Cult of 45”.

Listen to what CNN’s Brian Stelter said recently…

Again, it’s not anything that will get under our skin—we’re not as sensitive as they are—but this one DOES deserve a reaction.

What Is A Cult?

Why?

It’s pretty straightforward. It has nothing to do with us thinking it’s about religion…

It’s simply this: calling somebody a “cult member” is the same as calling somebody a follower, a walk-behinder – and if there is something that Trump supporters are NOT, it’s a blind follower.

That’s what a cult is…

A system of religious beliefs and/or devotion towards a particular figure or object.

Trump supporters aren’t “devoted” to the President – if anything, we’re sympathetic towards him as we see the incredible job he’s doing, even while his reputation is systematically attacked by the Left.

But we DO NOT blindly believe everything he says…

Because we realize a LOT of what he says is meant to enrage or anger his detractors – and man, he’s GREAT at making his haters angry.

Not only that…

But there are plenty of issues that even his staunchest supporters will differ on – just take a look at how many conservatives weren’t behind the decision to pull out of Syria, the FreedomWire team included!

Conservatives are rebels by nature…

In fact, there are more contrarian thinkers in a small gathering of Trump supporters than there is in the ENTIRE Left, as evidenced of the diversity of thought that you’ll find among Conservatives.

Think about it…

We don’t just blindly accept what is told to us by the talking image-box – we don’t buy 100% into anything.

We don’t think that the earth is going to die in 12 years, we don’t think that people should give their four-year-old hormone therapy to switch genders, we don’t think the government’s job is to take care of each citizen, and we don’t believe that President Trump is guilty of anything he’s been accused of.

Who Really Is In A Cult?

Now…

If you were to ask a Liberal why we don’t believe these or the litany of other things that Conservatives differ in their beliefs – they’d say it’s all because we’re just listening to what Trump says.

But that’s not it at all…

It comes down to wanting to see ALL the facts so we can separate the truth from the opinions and conjecture.

The Left seems more and more likely to operate solely on hearsay and conjecture these days – they’re willing to take a half-truth or half-fact and create an entire picture and narrative from it.

Conservatives don’t do that…

We like to wait and see ALL the facts before we accept it.

So, sorry Leftists, but we’re not willing to take the word of a 16-year-old, mentally disturbed girl that the earth has a shelf-life. Call us crazy if you want, but we’d rather wait till actual scientists have all the facts before we make the call.

If you were to really think about it…

Only ONE side of the aisle seems to take EVERYTHING their leaders say at face value – and it’s NOT the Right.

It’s just in keeping with the Left’s trend of accusing the Right of the things they themselves are doing…

Cult of Climate Change, Cult of Impeachment, Cult of ANTIFA, Cult of Socialism – maybe these psychos shouldn’t be pointing fingers and calling Trump supporters followers…

Maybe they should open their eyes and see the actions and beliefs of their own side and realize they’re in the cult of cults.

But they won’t…

They’ve all been drinking the Kool-aide…

And cult members don’t realize they’re in a cult until it’s too late.

“There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that ‘my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.” ― Issac Asimov
