If there is one thing you expect from anyone at CNN or MSNBC, it’s that they’ll toe the party line.

Notice I didn’t say “company line,” because even at the nation’s leading media outlets, the coverage has basically come to be synonymous with partisanship, making these networks just another arm of the Democratic party.

If you say they aren’t, then you’re probably a Liberal, and I don’t really know why you’re reading this…but if that’s you, before you go trolling in the comments section, maybe read until the end and see if any of this changes your mind.

CNN, MSNBC, and networks like them are nothing more than DNC propaganda machines, and that’s all but indisputable.

Of course, that doesn’t mean we don’t see Fox’s lean to the Right—but at least when it comes to their coverage, they’re often pretty balanced.

Don’t believe me?

Look up Fox’s coverage during the Trump presidency. Despite the Left’s claims of Fox hosts slobbering over Trump, actual facts show the coverage was about 50/50 good and bad. Most other Left-leaning news outlets were 70%+ negative coverage.

However, over the years, there have been a few standouts on CNN and MSNBC that see 70% negative coverage as a baseline.

You have your Don Lemons, your Chris Cuomos, your Rachel Maddows, your Brian Stelters, your Joy Reids, and a host of others…but one of the names that often glides under the radar of being a Liberal hack is none other than Gloria Vanderbilt’s son, Anderson Cooper.

Cooper: A Party Man Till The End

There are many people that don’t realize that Cooper is a member of the famous family, but he’s VERY old money—and those people are the worst kind of hypocrites.

The old-money elites talk about how people need to give more of their money to “pay their fair share”—yet somehow, they always find a way to pay less than others.

Anderson Cooper, like many in his family, has been a life-long Liberal—and as such, has always backed the Left’s agenda.

He attacked Trump any chance he could, and “Anderson Cooper 360” has been dedicated to going after almost EVERY Republican policy and has openly advocated to remove Americans’ God-given rights like the Second Amendment.

So, when even this obvious shill for the Democrats goes against the party’s consensus, it raises eyebrows.

On Monday, Cooper pushed back against those on his side of the aisle for excusing the bathroom ambush of Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema, which saw protestors follow her into the restroom to yell at her for supporting the Build Back Better plan and immigration on the campus of Arizona State University.

There are those in the Democratic party, even President Joe Biden, that are either downplaying this or excusing it outright…

But not Anderson Cooper.

Anderson Pushes Back Against Dem Hypocrisy

On his show, Cooper and political commentator Ana Navarro had a back-and-forth about the incident. Navarro said it was “upsetting” to see—but still excused the students who did it.

“It’s about making it known their displeasure with their senator. And let’s remember that this senator was — Kyrsten Sinema, was once a protester herself,” Navarro said, before explaining that she didn’t like their behavior, but “what these young people did, that wasn’t threats. That wasn’t shouting. That wasn’t bad words. That wasn’t offensive. It’s much worse, what we saw being done to Lindsey Graham or when Mitt Romney got called a traitor.”

It was Cooper’s reply to this that caught many off guard.

Cooper said, “Ana, would you feel the same way if these were, pro — supporters of the — who felt very passionately that the election had been stolen against the former president and were following some Democrat into a bathroom while they were going to the bathroom, following Speaker Pelosi into a women’s room? I mean, would that — is it fair for anybody just because they’re passionate about something to be able to do this?”

That’s certainly food for thought, right?

If this were people from the other side of the aisle, the commentary would be a LOT different.

The Left would be all up in arms over a threat to a senator’s safety and privacy, and it would be talked about on every news outlet for weeks. It would also most likely have been followed by an investigation and filing of formal charges against the offenders.

This is the double standard we’ve always talked about…and here we have a Liberal who is calling his people out for it.

It’s about time, too.

The Right never asked for special treatment. All we’ve ever wanted has been a FAIR and equal treatment.

Maybe this is a new beginning for Cooper, or maybe it’s just a one-off scenario.

Regardless, it’s at least a step in the right direction – and for that, we’re going to give kudos to Anderson Cooper for not being totally blinded by the partisan wool.
